You will guarantee high-quality service by managing operations efficiently and planning reception activities. <div><p>WHAT YOU’LL DO </p></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Coordinate and oversee all reception activities (Concierge, Valet, and Reception). </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Supervise, support, motivate, and engage your team. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Establish and maintain close working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure maximum cooperation and productivity. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Foster a culture of discretion and ensure the confidentiality of guest information. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Ensure guest satisfaction during and after service delivery. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Ensure that all service areas are equipped with the necessary tools for the smooth operation of the reception service (e.g., computer systems). </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Participate in management meetings. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Produce various reports. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures established by management related to guest reception and service within the department. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Work closely with the reservations and revenue departments to maximize occupancy and revenue. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Oversee the recruitment of qualified staff. </p></li></ul></div>
<div><ul><li><p>Develop work schedules based on operational needs. </p></li></ul></div>
