Job description
· 100% customer service engagement ;
· Implement all company policies and procedures ;
· Accomplish all assigned administrative task ;
· Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests ;
· Complete all daily reception tasks ;
· Manage guest arrival/departure, reservations, telephone communication, billing and cash management, ensure to follow emergency and security measures ;
· Perform Night Audit function on any overnight shifts
Requirements
· 1 year experience within the hotel industry required ;
· Excellent customer service skills ;
· Able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels management and personnel ;
· Basic accounting skills ;
· Computer knowledge (knowledge of Choiceadvantage a plus) ;
· Contribute positively in a team environment and encourage company culture ;
· Availability and ability to accomplish tasks with flexibility ;
· Exactitude in handling cash functions and credit card operations ;
· Ability to multi-task and apply time management skills;
· Able to use good sense and proper judgement ;
· Bilingual: French and English
