Front Desk Agent – Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Vaudreuil-Dorion (QC)
Permanent, full-time position – Day, evening, and weekend shifts

As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, you will:
- Welcome guests and complete the required check-in formalities
- Manage reservations by phone and email
- Inform guests about hotel services
- Provide information on cultural, gastronomic, and other local activities
- Handle reservations for guests (taxi, restaurants, theatre, etc.)
- Prepare invoices and process guest payments at check-out
- Update room availability in real time
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the reception
- Promote the hotel’s loyalty program to guests
- Manage the express shop and process sales payments

Requirements
Requirements:
- Provides excellent customer service
- Communicates in French
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to serve an anglophone clientele that may represent up to 80% of our guests
- Knowledge of OPERA software (an asset)
