<p>The <strong>Front Desk Agent</strong> serves as the first point of contact for our guests. You accompany guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a personalized, professional experience aligned with Marriott brand standards at all times.</p>
<p>You play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and actively contribute to maintaining our reputation for excellence.</p>

<p>Review and adjust guest billing charges as needed</p>

<p>Handle and balance cash transactions with accuracy and accountability</p>

<p>Respond to guest inquiries and resolve situations promptly and professionally</p>
