Whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, our guests can savor menus with international and local flavors, crafted by our talented team.</p><p class="text-node">Job Summary</p><p class="text-node">The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional quality service experience across all hotel outlets (restaurants, bar, room service). He/she oversees the smooth operation of daily activities, ensures customer satisfaction, and supervises the food service team.</p><p class="text-node">Key Responsibilities</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervise daily activities of food service outlets, ensuring smooth operations and quality service;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist the manager in daily tasks;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Encourage staff engagement and strengthen team cohesion by creating a positive and motivating work environment;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Proactively address complaints and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and operations;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as hotel policies;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist in scheduling;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Train, mentor, and guide employees to ensure the best customer service;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Other related tasks as needed.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Minimum of 2 years of management experience in food service;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Degree in hospitality and restaurant management (an asset);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Bilingualism (English and French);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Neat appearance and professional presentation;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Leadership, professionalism, and a positive attitude;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Proactivity and organizational skills;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Time management and prioritization;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of Office Suite and Micros restaurant software (an asset);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience in a unionized environment (an asset);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">If you are looking for a new challenge and wish to join our wonderful team, apply now or write to us at rh@kejja.com</p>
