He/she oversees the smooth operation of daily activities, ensures customer satisfaction, and supervises the food service team.</p><p class="text-node">Key Responsibilities</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Supervise daily activities of food service outlets, ensuring smooth operations and quality service;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist the manager in daily tasks;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Encourage staff engagement and strengthen team cohesion by creating a positive and motivating work environment;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Proactively address complaints and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures and operations;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as hotel policies;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist in scheduling;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Train, mentor, and guide employees to ensure the best customer service;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Other related tasks as needed.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
