<p class="text-node"><strong>Job Description :</strong></p><p class="text-node">ROLE</p><p class="text-node">The Floor Manager of Food and Beverage reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and their assistant. He or she is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, banquets, room service, the lounge bar, and the café, ensuring that the service standards established by the RIMAP Hospitality Services are met and that customer expectations are exceeded.</p><p class="text-node">RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Lead and manage on the floor, the service teams of the restaurant, banquets, room service as well as the lounge bar and hotel café;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure the smooth operation of the operational and administrative needs of the department in order to achieve various performance indicators;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Enforce the procedures and service standards established by the organization on a daily basis;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in the development of employee schedules;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Support the Director and Assistant Director in various operational and administrative tasks;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Assist in developing action plans for different times of the year;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Be a leader and a role model of positivity for colleagues;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage guest issues and respond quickly and professionally;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Have a perfect knowledge of our entire range of products: dishes, alcoholic drinks and spirits, wines;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Plan and organize departmental meetings;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Enforce hygiene and safety policies when handling food and beverages (MAPAQ);</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Other tasks as assigned.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">Working Conditions:</p><p class="text-node">Variable schedule work, the Floor Manager may be called at any time. Position often involves long hours of work and requires evenings, weekends, or holidays. Work may be performed under pressure. Work organization may vary according to the tourist season.</p>
