We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p class="text-node">As a Facilities Technician, you'll be the hands-on expert responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our company's buildings. Your role involves performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and general maintenance duties. You'll use your practical skills to ensure our facilities are safe, fully operational, and visually appealing. Your contributions will be vital in providing a well-maintained and efficient work environment.<br><br>Schedules: 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am (must be available weekends)<br><br><strong>What we have to offer:</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Competitive compensation (based on experience, starting at $23.00 per hour)</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Discounts on food</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Opportunities for career advancement</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Parking on site</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Company-wide events</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Playground Cares volunteer opportunities</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Perform preventative maintenance on equipment including HVAC, Generators, Ventilation etc.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Handle everyday repairs and maintenance on site</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Oversee contractors in occasions when professional repairs or servicing is necessary</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and be able to correct them</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Work on preventative and reactive maintenance</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Move Gaming Machines and tables </p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
