Your missions
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, storage zones, and floors.
- Manage and sort kitchen waste and recycling according to hotel standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules.
- Report any equipment issues and work with the technical team for repairs.
- Support the kitchen team by contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Your profile
- Physical endurance and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team spirit and good communication.
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
