Job Description
As part of its expansion, KEJJA Group is seeking a strategic, analytical, and visionary Director of Revenue to optimize the commercial performance of its properties. The successful candidate will play a central role in maximizing lodging revenue by leveraging market data, demand trends, and dynamic pricing.
Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term revenue management strategies for the entire portfolio.

Analyze market trends, performance data (pick-up, ADR, RevPAR, segmentation, etc.), and competitive intelligence reports (STR, OTA Insight, etc.).

Manage daily inventory, rates, and restrictions in reservation systems (PMS, CRS, Channel Manager).

Work closely with general managers, sales, and marketing teams to align overall business strategies.

Optimize multi-channel distribution (OTAs, website, GDS, corporate) and ensure rate parity.

Participate in implementing new technologies or solutions related to revenue management.

Provide regular reports on hotel performance, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Train local teams on revenue management best practices and data analysis.

Contribute to the group’s profitability objectives, ensuring alignment between pricing, brand image, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel revenue management, including multi-property responsibilities.

Strong expertise with revenue management and hotel distribution tools (RMS, PMS, OTA, GDS, Channel Manager).

Excellent analytical skills, accuracy in data interpretation, and strategic mindset.

Collaborative leadership and strong decision-making autonomy.

Fully bilingual (French and English).

Excellent proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

Ability to work in project mode with multidisciplinary teams.
