Reporting to the General Manager, your mission is simple: grow our revenue and expand our presence in the corporate, group, leisure, and airline markets—primarily in the West Island and Greater Montreal area.
What You’ll Do

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Proudly represent our hotel during sales visits, presentations, and industry events.

Negotiate, close deals, and maximize profitability.

Manage group and meeting contracts with accuracy and professionalism.

Work closely with internal teams and ensure exceptional follow-up with clients.

Always aim higher when it comes to guest satisfaction and sales results!

Requirements
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Strong organization and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Office).

Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel.

A genuine passion for business development!
Assets (not mandatory):
Experience in hospitality or B2B sales, knowledge of the West Island market, or familiarity with hotel systems.
