A hotel operation in Montreal is seeking a result driven and competent General Manager to oversee the hotel's operation
Requirements
. Oversee all hotel operation rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk etc...
. Maintain a healthy, motivating, and professional work environment.
. Be present on the floor to ensure consistent service quality and respond to guest needs.
. Actively participate in budget development, cost control, and achieving financial targets
. Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standard, and regulatory
requirement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
. Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
. Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail and drive for excellence
. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
