It’s time to write yours.</strong></p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>YOUR ROLE</strong></p><p class="text-node">We are looking for someone passionate about <strong>modern pastry</strong>, who also enjoys daytime cooking and fast-paced, creative environments. This position, which may be split between <strong>two restaurants in our group</strong>, focuses on <strong>pastry</strong>, while offering a nice variety of tasks in the kitchen.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>MAIN TASKS</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Create desserts, pastries, and pastry preparations with finesse, precision, and consistency.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Support daytime kitchen operations (preparation, setup, and service) as needed.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure a clean, organized work environment that meets the highest standards of quality and food safety.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Collaborate with various culinary teams in a stimulating, multi-site context.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in creating a remarkable customer experience through your rigor, efficiency, and passion for cooking.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node"><strong>REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Passionate about <strong>modern pastry</strong> and quality cooking.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience or strong interest in <strong>pastry</strong> (prioritized).</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Precise, organized, and attentive to detail.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Able to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Self-sufficient, reliable, and versatile.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Comfortable with a role that may involve <strong>two different establishments</strong>.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">A challenge seeker and motivated to be part of an out-of-the-box project.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>EXPERIENCES</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Training in pastry and cooking or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in quality dining or a comparable establishment.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience in a multi-site position is an asset.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">MAPAQ training is an asset.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><strong>WORK CONDITIONS</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Work schedule: Part-time (with possibility of full-time), 07:00 to 15:00, minimum 3 days including Saturday and Sunday.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Fast-paced and stimulating environment requiring standing for extended periods.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Schedule may vary between 32 and 40 hours per week depending on operational needs and season.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Salary based on experience and qualifications.
