This position is for you if :

Responsibilities:

- Develop accounts (new and existing) for Corporate, Entertainment and Luxury segments;

- Develop and maintain a list of targeted accounts;

- Promote properties;

- Use industry reports (Agency 360) to conduct market research;

- Take charge of marketing efforts for Consortiums and internal promotions;

- Respond to calls for tender and conduct detailed pricing reviews;

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals;

- Build customer loyalty through service excellence;

- Conduct inspection visits, organize customer events and familiarization trips;

- Visit customers, participate in industry functions and attend networking events;

- Meet (and exceed!) revenue targets for designated markets;

- Develop and execute a sales plan for assigned markets and participate in sales meetings.

- Stay abreast of industry news and trends, and know the competitive landscape;

- Update database with activities, notes and contacts.


Requirements

Qualifications and skills required :

- Sales experience in Corporate and Entertainment markets highly preferred;

- Experience in luxury hotel sales;

- Strong analytical skills;

- High level of interpersonal and communication skills;

- A performance-driven mindset;

- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles;

- Bilingual French/English due to frequent communication with an international clientele;

- Good computer skills and adept with systems;

- Degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred but not required;

- Ability to work flexible hours;

- Ability to travel as required.
