Adjacent to the Place des Arts metro station, near the Palais des Congrès, shops, boutiques on Ste-Catherine Street, and Old Montreal, the boutique hotel offers 143 spacious rooms, 5 conference rooms, a private dining room, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a dry sauna, a fitness room, a yoga studio, and two boutiques.</p><p class="text-node">This resort offers a complete dining experience with its French bistro-style restaurant, its street-facing coffee counter, and its California-inspired lounge located on the 5th floor, featuring an impressive outdoor terrace that allows guests to enjoy the vibrancy of the area.</p><p class="text-node">ROLE</p><p class="text-node">Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, the Corporate Sales Manager's main roles include physical and telephone prospecting, market and target customer analysis, preparation of proposals and contracts, development of sales reports, and achieving or exceeding the company's sales objectives.</p><p class="text-node">RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Target, solicit, and contract new accounts in designated market segments such as corporate and group sectors;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Position and promote the establishment and its services to the target clientele;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Conduct solicitation calls and inspection visits to establish and maintain long-term business relationships;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Develop and maintain sustainable business relationships with the target clientele;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Propose specific marketing actions to support market segments and develop existing accounts to meet or exceed sales objectives;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Analyze supply, demand, and competition to propose sales strategies to various markets;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Enter, maintain, and update information in computer systems and ensure file follow-ups;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in trade fairs, external activities with clients, and undertake prospecting trips as needed;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain good business relations between various tourism stakeholders and the hospitality sector in Montreal including Palais des Congrès de Montréal, Tourisme Montréal, etc.;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Prepare and draft weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain the confidentiality of hotel information, including conversations, personal information, and guest records;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ensure customer satisfaction;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Comply with the standards of the establishment and RIMAP Hospitality;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Participate in the "Manager on Duty" program;</p></li><li><p class="text-node">All other related tasks.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>
