We also prioritize the unparalleled quality of our food and beverage as well as our facilities.</p><p class="text-node"><strong>Our GHGC values: </strong>Grow together · Hospitality is our priority · Guarantee of excellence · Experience creator</p><p class="text-node"><strong>What does your role involve?</strong></p><p class="text-node"><strong>Financial strategy</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Provide leadership and financial vision to support the Group's growth</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Plan and control all financial activities: accounting, forecasting, cash flow, and payroll</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Leadership and team management</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Recruit, train, and mentor the finance team</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Coordinate daily activities and month-end reporting</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Budget, cash flow, and financing</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Lead the budgeting process and variance analysis</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage cash flow, working capital, and financing matters</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Control, compliance, and payroll</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Ensure internal control, tax compliance, and audits</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Lead payroll processing and workforce cost control</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Manage relationships with business partners: governments, banks, insurers, and suppliers</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"><strong>Required qualifications</strong></p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in a controller, financial management, or finance leadership role within an SME.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement production</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience in implementation of systems, continuous improvement, and process optimization.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience in process improvement, internal controls, and financial performance optimization</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience in team management and talent development</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Ability to work directly with senior management and present clear recommendations.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">A flexible, precise person capable of working under pressure</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good team spirit and excellent interpersonal relationships</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Hotel experience is an asset</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Fully bilingual (French and English) — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele and partners</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Knowledge of the Dayforce payroll system (an asset)</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><em>We thank all applicants for their interest in the Grand Château Hotel Group.
