<p class="text-node">The cook helps with the hot station, or takes control of the cold station, and feeds all stations with merchandise needed for preparations.</p><p class="text-node">In charge of preparation of soups, vinaigrettes, sauces and cooking during service, the cook makes sure to stock properly these preparations.</p><p class="text-node">The cook also prepares hot or cold dishes according to Delmo's unique methods of cooking for fish, seafood, meat, etc.</p><p class="text-node">The cook also receives merchandise which he stores and cleans the station at the end of service.</p><p class="text-node">The cook also prepares vegetables, pasta, rice, purées, and all sauces and gravy</p><p class="text-node">Everything must be done in accordance with high hygiene standards and rigorous presentation.</p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node">We ask for flexibility with regards to schedule. We are looking mostly for nights, Tuesday to Saturday.<br></p>
