<p class="text-node"><em>The Banquet department provides high-end catering service for special events such as weddings, corporate events, and meetings.</em></p><p class="text-node"></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: white;"><strong>Your main responsibilities as Cook 1 will be:</strong></span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: white;">To plan, prepare, and deliver quality service in all food production areas.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: white;">To ensure that work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: white;">To prepare amenity orders for Room Service.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: white;">To assist the chef de partie with preparations.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: white;">To execute attractive plating while adhering to requirements.</span></p><p class="text-node"><span style="color: white;">All other related tasks.</span></p>
