Job description

Status: Part-time
Salary: $24 per hour
Marriott Château Champlain has always been at the heart of Montreal's tourism and commercial activity. Located in downtown Montreal, our fully renovated hotel boasts 614 rooms and suites, as well as 23 meeting rooms. To meet the demands of a constantly evolving market, we are looking for someone who can provide our guests with an innovative, unique, and memorable experience.
Main tasks

Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Provide information about the hotel and its services.

Respond to guest requests efficiently and courteously.

Make reservations (restaurants, shows, excursions, taxis, etc.).

Offer local recommendations (places to visit, events, good spots).

Organize personalized services (flowers, surprises, tour guides, etc.).

Handle guest complaints or issues and find quick solutions.

Coordinate with other hotel services (reception, housekeeping, room service).

Maintain updated contacts and local partnerships (taxis, agencies, restaurants, etc.).

Manage the arrival, reception, and personalized follow-up of VIP guests.
Qualifications and skills
- Elegant, smiling, and refined individual
- Good knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Enjoys working independently
- Have a high standard of quality for our services
- Ability to work under pressure
Languages: Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is required for this position, as we serve international clients.
