Job description
Under the authority of the Regional Controller, the successful candidate is responsible for executing, verifying, and managing daily tasks for the centralized accounting of RIMAP Hospitality Services.
Responsibilities
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations for hotels and apartments
- Apartment revenue reconciliations and follow-up with property managers
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Month-end entries for payroll provisions and various expenses
- Revenue entries for hotels and apartments
- Enter accounts payable as required
- Intercompany rebilling between hotels and apartment buildings
- All other related tasks.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Accounting training
- Knowledge of Sage 300 and Hopem accounting software (an asset)
- Intermediate Excel (Power Query, pivot tables)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
Required Skills
- Strong synthesis, planning, organization, and creativity skills
- Excellent proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Integrity and adherence to ethics and values
- Discretion, diplomacy, and ease in maintaining harmonious interpersonal relationships
- High level of efficiency, autonomy, and rigor
- Time and priority management
