Job description
As a line cook, you will have the opportunity to bring your expertise to our 4-diamond restaurant, The Riverain. You will thrive alongside an experienced and dedicated team in a kitchen equipped with high-performance tools.
Job Description:
- Prepare your workstation in anticipation of various services;
- Prepare, cook, and season food according to recipes;
- Ensure that all dishes in your section meet standards;
- Maintain communication with the executive chef or head chef;
- Coordinate and properly lead the work team;
- Follow cleanliness standards for the kitchen.

Salary:
$23.00 to $26.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
Requirements
Qualities we're looking for:
- Autonomy and leadership skills;
- 1 to 2 years of culinary preparation experience.
