<p class="text-node">Les 3 Sens Traiteur is the event and corporate catering division of Maison Rolland, an artisanal company founded in 1940 and recognized for over 80 years for its craftsmanship, quality, and close relationship with its customers.</p><p class="text-node">We support companies, institutions, and organizations in the planning and execution of their events, including cocktails, receptions, buffets, business meetings, training sessions, launches, and customized corporate events.</p><p class="text-node">As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – Events &amp; Corporate Catering to actively contribute to the development of Les 3 Sens Traiteur.</p><p class="text-node">The person in this role will be responsible for developing sales, creating new business relationships, maintaining existing client relationships, and building long-term partnerships with companies, venues, hotels, event spaces, agencies, and event planners.</p><p class="text-node">Business development will focus primarily on the South Shore, with gradual involvement in the development of the Montreal market.</p><p class="text-node">Main responsibilities:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Prospect new corporate, institutional, and event clients.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Develop sales related to events, cocktails, buffets, receptions, and catering services.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and sales outreach.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Prepare quotes in collaboration with the internal team.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Support clients throughout the planning and execution of their events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain existing client relationships and develop recurring sales.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Build a network of strategic partners, including venues, hotels, event spaces, agencies, and event planners.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Represent Les 3 Sens Traiteur at networking activities, tastings, and events.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Maintain accurate follow-up of opportunities in a CRM.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Contribute to the improvement of sales tools and commercial processes.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">What we offer:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">A key role in the development of Les 3 Sens Traiteur.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">A high level of autonomy in organizing your work.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">A passionate, supportive, and people-focused team.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Competitive compensation based on experience.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">A performance-based bonus program.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Car and cell phone allowance.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Group insurance.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Employee discounts.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Flexible schedule.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node"></p>

Requirements

<p class="text-node">We are looking for an autonomous, structured, proactive, and results-oriented individual who enjoys creating business relationships and turning opportunities into clients or lasting partnerships.</p><p class="text-node">Desired profile:</p><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">3 to 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial representation.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience or strong interest in event planning, corporate catering, hospitality, restaurant services, or corporate services.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Excellent ability to communicate, persuade, and negotiate.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Familiarity with computer tools.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Experience with a CRM is an asset.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Valid driver's license.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Availability for travel in the Greater Montreal area.</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Occasional availability in the evenings or on weekends for certain events, tastings, or networking activities.</p></li></ul><p class="text-node">A network of contacts in the event, corporate, hospitality, or institutional sectors is a significant asset.</p>
