Reporting to the Front Desk Manager and Front Desk Supervisors, the Valet takes charge of the client upon arrival.

Description of tasks:

• Take charge of the client's vehicle upon arrival
• Park and return it to the client when requested
• Assist persons with reduced mobility in getting into their vehicle
• Welcome guests upon arrival
• Drive guests to their room and assist them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
• Occasionally deliver items to guest rooms
• Have a minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Have a good knowledge of Montreal and its surroundings, restaurants, shops and entertainment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Montreal and its surroundings, restaurants, shops and entertainment
• Ability to work under pressure;Resourcefulness;
• Nice personality and good presentation;
• Good team spirit;
• Good physical condition;
• Interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; versatility and availability;
• Fluency in French and English.
• Valid driver's license.

Languages:

As we serve an international clientele, fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required for this position.
