<p class="text-node">THE ROLE:</p><p class="text-node">The Bartender/Barista is generally responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while performing all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and a quality work environment. It is the responsibility of the Bartender /Barista to efficiently handle any function of the restaurant from greeting the guests, to taking breakfast and/or evening orders, serving food and beverage items, with accuracy and in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.</p><p class="text-node">ACTIVITIES:</p><p class="text-node">The duties and responsibilities for the Bartender include, but are not limited to the following:</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service during Breakfast hours and dinner hours</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Serves menu items to guests in a prompt and courteous manner, according to established service standards.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To control all liquor per company standards (pouring, restaurant, par stocks, and requisitions).</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To take food orders and &nbsp;prepare drinks with proper recipes, glassware and garnish.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure station is stocked for shift, maintain work areas in a clean and safe condition at all times.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Adhere to all cleaning and side duty schedules, ensuring all duties are completed as assigned.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of all menus and promote food and beverage items to guests.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle cash and credit transactions as per company standard.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To serve the guest within hotel standard timeframe from the guest order and greet in a friendly manner, informing the guest of your name and daily features.</p><p class="text-node">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To open/close the bar according&nbsp;to standard (cleanliness, properly stocked, organized).</p>
