NRC is a company specialized in short-term rental property management (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) in the Montreal area.

We manage a growing portfolio of fully furnished units, offering our clients a turnkey service and a premium guest experience. We are currently seeking a dynamic Assistant Property Manager to support our daily operations.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Lead Property Manager, you will play an active role in the day-to-day operational management of Airbnb-type properties:

  • Coordinating bookings, managing housekeeping and maintenance, handling customer service, and providing administrative support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest messages via booking platforms

  • Coordinate housekeeping, inspections, and maintenance between stays

  • Monitor arrival/departure calendars to ensure smooth logistics

  • Prepare units for guests (inspection, supplies, etc.)

  • Handle urgent or unexpected situations (breakdowns, overbookings, etc.)

  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams

  • Assist in managing guest reviews, feedback, and communication

  • Keep databases and administrative documents up to date

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the guest experience

Requirements

Ideal Profile:
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or tourism (strong asset)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)

  • Strong customer service mindset, diplomacy, and responsiveness

  • Ability to manage stress and resolve issues quickly

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable using online booking platforms and tech tools

  • Valid driver’s license: an asset (occasional travel may be required)

  • Occasional availability in the evenings or weekends (on-call rotation)
