Auberge Beaux Rêves is looking to complete its team and move forward into the future with this exciting, evolving project!

The Director will work in close collaboration with the owner and current director.

Do you have experience in the hotel and spa industry?

Main responsibilities:

• Proficiency in hotel and spa reservation systems.

• Knowledge of third-party booking platforms and social media (an asset).

• Collaborate with all teams and ensure regular follow-up to maintain BR’s objectives.

• Preserve and enhance BR’s philosophy and ensure its application in all departments.

• Set sales targets and monitor their progress.

• Maintain and improve established procedures and operations.

• Strong communication skills and ability to share information effectively.

• Oversee the smooth running of all operations.
