• Assist guests via phone, email and SMS
  

• Manage check-ins, check-outs and payments
  

• Deliver a smooth and memorable stay
  

• Troubleshoot WiFi, access, comfort and minor maintenance
  

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  

• Maintain quality standards and inventory
  

• Handle guest feedback and reviews
  

👤 Who you are

• Bilingual in English and French
  

• Comfortable with technology and mobile apps
  

• Organized, proactive and reliable
  

• Naturally service-oriented
  

• Available on weekdays and weekends
  

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, service or customer experience
