Requirements
Core Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day focus will be on building strong, lasting relationships with residents and future tenants. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing timely, thoughtful, and professional support to residents and prospective tenants, always delivering a level of care and responsiveness that sets the standard in our industry.
Conducting property viewings and presenting suites in a welcoming and knowledgeable manner.
Managing rental applications from initial submission through to completion with accuracy and efficiency.
Supporting daily administrative functions that ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Addressing inquiries and proactively maintaining contact with residents to foster satisfaction and retention.
Coordinating and participating in resident community events.
Conducting suite inspections.
Utilizing internal systems to log, track, and follow up on feedback, requests, and key resident interactions.
Collaborating with team members to create a positive, solutions-focused work environment.
Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and community success.
