Job description

Workplace : 1740 Boul. René-Lévesque O, Montréal, QC H3H 1R3

Status: Temporary replacement :2 days per week

Salary: 24.5 $/h

Job Description:

  • Handle group inquiries
  • Enter the group's participant list
  • Prepare breakfast vouchers
  • Organize baggage handling
  • Coordinate meals with the restaurant
  • Prepare the group's welcome documents
  • Ensure follow-up to confirm group reservation with participant list
  • Track deposits and final payments before the arrival date

Additional Tasks:

  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the team

Skills and qualifications:

  • DEC in Business Management, Administration, AEC in Tourism Management, or other relevant qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of office tools, including Microsoft 365
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and professionalism
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion

Languages:

Bilingualism (French and English) in both oral and written communication is required for this position, as we serve an international clients.
