We believe our employees are our greatest strength and offer a dynamic, stimulating work environment that supports professional growth.</p> <p>Reporting to the Regional Controller, the Accounting Analyst plays a key role in the centralized accounting function at RIMAP Hospitality. This person actively contributes to financial accuracy and operational efficiency while working closely with a committed and dynamic team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for hotels and apartment properties.</p> </li> <li> <p>Reconcile apartment revenue (Hopem) and follow up with property managers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Reconcile balance sheet accounts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare month-end and year-end journal entries.</p> </li> <li> <p>Record revenue entries for hotels and apartment properties.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare financial statements for multiple hotels prior to review by the Regional Controller.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with budget preparation in collaboration with other regional team members.</p> </li> <li> <p>Validate payroll prior to submission by the payroll administrator.</p> </li> <li> <p>Enter accounts payable when required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform intercompany billing between hotels and apartment buildings.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform any other related duties.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Certificate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent relevant experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of Sage 300 is an asset.</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and pivot tables.</p> </li> <li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in hospitality is an asset.</p> </li> </ul>
