I am an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in both restaurant and hotel management. My career began in the restaurant industry, where I worked as a dishwasher, cook, busboy, waiter, and supervisor over eight years. This hands-on experience provided me with a solid foundation in customer service and team dynamics. I then transitioned to the hotel sector and currently serve as a Front Desk Supervisor at ITHQ Hotel, where I contributed to the grand opening. In this role, I oversee front desk operations and take pride in training the next generation of hospitality professionals, as all my team members are part-time students. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and played a key role in implementing policies, recruiting and training staff, and managing group contracts.
