Hello, my name is Rocío Mejías and I recently relocated to Montreal after more than 10 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry across Europe and the U.S. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in various departments including front office, reservations, and events, and have grown into management roles within prestigious 5-star hotels that are part of The Leading Hotels of the World.

This experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of high-end guest service, operational efficiency, and the importance of creating exceptional and personalized experiences. I’m passionate about hospitality and take pride in my ability to build strong client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

I’m very interested in the Reservations Agent position, as I enjoy being the first point of contact and ensuring that every guest interaction starts with a positive, seamless booking experience.
