It brings me great joy to prepare and serve good food. I would love an opportunity to consistently improve myself in this skill, while working with well-balanced and thoughtful people. I believe in cooperation over competition in all things. I avoid toxic workplaces/dynamics and aim to be an agent changing the paradigms in kitchens to be more dynamic, caring, joyful and creative. I love to learn and love to teach once I'm ready. Not afraid of washing dishes, taking out the trash and keeping things clean.
