My relevant experiences include change and turnaround management, corporate governance and, relationship building.  I played a key role in turning around Levi Strauss & Co.’s $1 billion dollar supply chain project. I also led the turnaround of Hilo Hattie’s in Hawaii, Magico in Berkely and, The Cheese Steak Shops throughout California.  I have designed the key entity-level controls over Corporate Governance for four publicly traded companies.  As the sole Walt Disney employee to ramp-up operations in India, I built relationships with public officials to strengthen intellectual property rights enforcement and negotiate royalty extradition as well as materially boosting exports from India to Disney’s theme parks around the world.  I also lobbied Hawaii’s State Legislature to grant my inter-island ferry proposal a $44 million Special Purpose Revenue Bond.

I’ve been a CFO or Controller for 20 years.  I build rock solid and efficient controls and procedures imbedded in world class ERPs. I have designed and implemented entity level controls for four publicly traded companies.  I am an expert at Risk and Treasury management.  Je parle français aussi.

My education includes a Harvard MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) with a minor in French from the University of Nevada.  I hold an active CPA in Quebec and inactive CPA, Series 7 & 63 licenses in California.
