My name is Oussama Bouknifi. I am a master’s student in Applied Finance at UQAM, with a strong background in customer service and hospitality. I have experience working as a host and receptionist at the Maison Symphonique at Place des Arts and the Palais des congrès, where I welcomed guests, guided them, and ensured the smooth flow of events.
