My name is Karoline Ouellet, and I was born on April 5, 1976. I am currently 49 years of age, yet I possess a youthful appearance and energy that complement a strong character and a profound commitment to excellence within the hotel industry. I have cultivated a broad understanding of global travel, languages, and diverse cultures, which fuels my enthusiasm for engaging with people. I acquired proficiency in English following my relocation to British Columbia in 2002.
 
I have come to the decision to return to Montreal in order to spend more time with my 80-year-old father while continuing to pursue my professional aspirations.
 
Throughout my career, I have amassed valuable experience ranging from British Columbia to Paris, enabling me to adapt to various working environments and collaborate effectively with different managers and colleagues. I am adept at addressing the significant challenges that may arise in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
 
My expertise extends to all operational areas of a hotel. Additionally, I currently serve as a chef for a five-star lodge in Zeballos, where I have discovered a deep appreciation for both baking and cooking. Furthermore, I have studied theatre in British Columbia and received training in Paris under the esteemed Olivier Belmondo.
