Hello, my name is Janki. I’m basically from the India. I have completed my masters of Business Administration in HR from Christ Institute of Management. I am a Human resource professional with a little over 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator in Fortune Park, which is govt certified 5-star hospitality organization in India, where I focused heavily on Payroll, HR Operations and employee support.
In my last role, I led end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, payroll for over 100 employees with using IDS and MS Excel ensuring accuracy in salary calculation, deductions and compliance documentation. I also supported performance review meetings, benefits and employee relations. 
Through this experience, I developed my strong skills in data accuracy, confidentiality, HR systems and communications with both employees and managers. I have also learned Quebec and Canada Payroll legislation and Quebec labour laws, which helps me to understand compliance expectations in a local context.
