I embarked on an entrepreneurial path over a decade ago, building and operating my artisanal donut business, TROU DE BEIGNE. The experience of opening 2 locations allowed me to create a unique concept, design products, manage a brand and lead a team of over 10 employees. Now, I am eager to apply my entrepreneurial experience and problem-solving skills in a professional setting.
