Je m'appelle Filipe et je possède un parcours diversifié en gestion hôtelière, marqué par un fort engagement envers la création d’expériences client exceptionnelles. Avec plus de 14 ans d’expérience dans le domaine, j’ai eu l’opportunité de gérer des hôtels-boutiques et de superviser des opérations dans divers contextes internationaux. Mon parcours académique inclut un baccalauréat en hôtellerie et tourisme ainsi qu’un MBA en marketing, complétés par un second baccalauréat en architecture et urbanisme, ce qui me permet de combiner une approche à la fois opérationnelle et stratégique dans mes fonctions.

J’ai également eu la chance de voyager dans près de 60 pays, ce qui m’a enrichi d’une compréhension approfondie des cultures et des attentes variées des clients à travers le monde. Trilingue, je parle couramment le portugais, l’anglais et l’espagnol, avec un niveau avancé en français, ce qui me permet de communiquer efficacement dans des environnements multiculturels.

Je suis un professionnel qualifié et dédié, avec une forte capacité à développer un travail de grande qualité tout en m'adaptant rapidement à différentes situations. Depuis trois ans, je vis à Montréal en tant que résident permanent du Canada. Pendant cette période, j’ai travaillé à distance pour des projets internationaux, mais je suis désormais pleinement disponible pour travailler en présentiel. Mon objectif est de contribuer activement à l’industrie hôtelière dynamique de Montréal, et je suis enthousiaste à l’idée de mettre à profit ma flexibilité, mon souci du détail et mon professionnalisme dans ce poste.

I have over 14 years of experience in the field, having managed boutique hotels and overseen operations in various international settings. My academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism and an MBA in Marketing, as well as a second bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, equipping me with both operational and strategic expertise.

I have had the privilege of traveling to nearly 60 countries, which has given me a deep understanding of diverse cultures and client expectations worldwide. I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with advanced proficiency in French, enabling me to communicate effectively in multicultural environments.

I have been living in Montréal as a permanent resident of Canada for the past three years. During this time, I worked remotely on international projects, but I am now fully available to work in person.
