While being born in South America (Argentina) but raised by Taiwanese parents, who then immigrated to Canada 24 years ago, I’ve had the opportunity to learn how to read and write fluently in the 5 different languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Taiwanese, French & English). Over the past 11 years, working as an Apple Technical Support Instructor & as an Air Canada VIP Global Services Concierge, I’ve acquired a handful of skills that gave me the ability to speak, communicate, guide and instruct an individual or an audience of hundreds of people. I also learned how to understand and deal with high net worth and profile individuals such as fortune 500 company CEO’s, Prime Ministers and world leaders. Through my past experiences, I’ve acquired knowledge in aligning with people’s emotions, developed the ability to work under pressure, interruptions & changes. I am an extremely fast learner, and can easily adapt to new tasks and environment
