Morning morning,

My name is Akash a Canadian citizen from Vancouver island. I have been in Montreal for the past year and half . 

I have been in the tourism industry for over a decade, with the amazing opportunity of owning my company.  My culinary journey took a big change when I had the opportunity to launch my street food noodle bar in Taichung Taiwan , forcing me to become the only kitchen staff  along side my wife.

We wanted to settle down in Montreal and I want to continue to grow as a cook . My ultimate dream is one day to become a pastry chef .
