Front Desk Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. You'll be the face of the Hotel as a Front Desk Agent.
-Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
-Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required.
-Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Key departmental contacts include all hotel departments.
-Ensure that Managers are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other department.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-May serve as “manager on duty” as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Prior hotel front desk experience preferred. Must speak fluent English and French. Knowledge of Opera & IHG Brands an asset.
