  • Your ability to provide accounting support for personal and business finances is well-honed;

  • Your organizational skills are unparalleled;

  • You are willing to take on additional responsibilities outside of your role;

Our ideal candidate would also have these key qualifications:

  • At least five years experience developing your career as administrative support, embracing progressive levels of responsibilities and garnering experience in senior administrative roles.

  • A University degree in Business Administration or related field, with a diploma in a HR field considered an asset.

  • Experience in administration and accounting, especially in the financial and travel industries.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ease with negotiation and facilitation.

  • Fluency in English and French are required, fluency in Spanish would be considered an asset.

  • Excellent computer skills, with Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required, while Filemaker, CRM and Quickbooks/ Simply Accounting would be considered an asset.

  • Phenomenal analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of the luxury housing rental and travel markets would be considered an asset.

  • Answering employee requests and questions
  • Participating in new employee hiring processes
  • Engage in onboarding, performance review and termination processes
  • Engage in recruitment and interview processes
  • Assist CEO with administrative tasks
