Corporate Travel Manager
Hotel Le Cantlie Suites is located in the heart of Montreal's prestigious business and business district. The property has 255 spacious rooms and suites and is a boutique four-star full-service hotel.
The Business Travel Manager will actively solicit new corporate travel accounts, maintain active corporate accounts and represent the hotel at trade shows and conventions.
Ability to identify, solicit and acquire new accounts that are ideal for the hotel
Maintain existing accounts and book repeat cases
Respond quickly to new business and group opportunities
Manage and monitor and track all leads
Manage all accounts to maximize business potential
Prepare materials, presentations for clients as needed
The ability to attend and/or participate in networking events to meet with decision makers.
Negotiating sales and closing business in a timely manner
Performs other assigned tasks.
Coordinating and participating in sites and FAMExigences
Education and experience:
Bachelor's degree or DEC in hotel management/tourism
Mastery of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Perfectly bilingual in both official languages (English and French), written and spoken
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Valid driver's license
