- Carrying plates from kitchen to the customer’s table;
- Ensuring the Cage atmosphere inside the restaurant;
- Working in collaboration with the waiters and the service hatch employees in order to ensure an efficient customer service;
- Ensuring the respect of La Cage standards;
- Applying hygiene and food safety regulations;
- Applying security regulations;
- Applying WHMIS;
- Carrying out any other task required by the person in charge.
