Job Nature
Discover the job of a valet attendant, which involves welcoming our guests and assisting them with their vehicles and luggage. You interact with clients in a way that generates a relationship and atmosphere that reflects the standards of the brand.
Tasks
As a valet attendant, you will perform several tasks:
● Greet the guest upon arrival;
● Take charge of the guest's vehicle at the entrance of the establishment;
● Park the guest's vehicle in the hotel parking lot or at other designated locations;
● Complete the parking ticket;
● Retrieve the guest's vehicle at the entrance of the establishment upon request during their stay and upon departure;
● Escort the guest to their room, mentioning the services offered as well as the restaurant/bar hours;
● Explain to the guests how to use the room appliances, such as heating, Internet, Star Service…;
● Provide the requested information to the guests;
● Any other related tasks.
Schedules
There are many possibilities: day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
● Salary: $18.52/hour (-10% during the probation period, full salary afterward).
● 8 sick days + 3 personal days + 9 holidays (as per the collective agreement);

● Proficiency in French and English. Proficiency in other languages is an asset;
● Good physical condition;
● Verbal communication skills;
● Possession of a driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
