Working under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, your position will take you to overcome daily challenges while providing unparalleled service to our partners and candidates to make them feel confident, empowered and supported.

 

You are passionate about recruitment and hospitality, here’s a list of responsibilities assigned to you:

 

·       Meet with managers to identify the profiles of the candidates sought;

·       Write and perform attractive and dynamic job postings;

·       Use your creativity to find the hidden talents;

·       Use search strategies that use social media;

·       Screen candidates;

·       Conduct phone interviews, screening tests and some face-to-face interviews;

·       Advise and support managers on the best strategies as well as recruitment practices and tools;

·       Look for innovative recruitment trends;

·       Establish and maintain a pool of potential candidates (sourcing);

·       Support employees and managers in the process of obtaining and renewing work permits;

·       Coordinate internships for the entire Group by acting as the main contact for educational institutions and carrying out the required administrative follow-ups;

·       Represent the company at job fairs;

·       Develop partnerships with schools;

·       Performs other duties necessary for the proper functioning of the human resources department.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position: 

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;

·       Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in recruitment;

·       Experience in recruitment of different level of position;

·       Ability to work and adapt to multiple internal clients;

·       Word, Excel and Outlook;

·       Bilingual (french/english, spoken and written)
