Reporting to the Maitre d', his role is to contribute to the supervision of the staff during the activities held in the meeting rooms and banquet rooms of the hotel in order to ensure a service that meets the expectations and requirements of the clientele. He/she also participates in the service along with the other members of his/her team.

 - Ensures that the service is properly planned according to the number of people in the room

- Verify the set-up of the dining room and ensure that everything is ready for service

- Carry out the service in the dining room;

- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage complaints, if any

- Act as the restaurant manager when the Maitre d' is absent

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen during service

- Closing the restaurant.


- Five years of experience in a server position

- Excellent knowledge of wine

- Ability to work in a high volume environment

- Knowledge of French gourmet cuisine

- Strong restaurant service experience

- Experience in personnel management

- Positive leadership and interpersonal skills

- Self-starter
