Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Spa Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients as they arrive at the spa and ensuring they are properly taken care of. You will answer phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments for the treatments offered by our establishment.
Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks to support the Spa Manager in their work. If you are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for our clients, we would be delighted to receive your application.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Welcome guests upon their arrival at the spa.
Ensure proper guest care and attention.
Answer phone calls and take messages.
Manage appointment scheduling for the treatments offered.
Provide information to guests about available services, treatments, and packages.
Perform administrative tasks to support the Spa Manager.
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception.
Handle payments and financial transactions.
Follow up on special guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Other tasks may be assigned, and so we’re counting on your flexibility and resourcefulness!

Requirements
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You hold a high school diploma or a related qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role within the spa or luxury hospitality sector, with in-depth knowledge of premium services.
You are authorized to work in Canada.
You have the energy, stamina, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
You consistently maintain exemplary service standards.
You are passionate, friendly, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
