Supervising kitchen and production line activities;
Preparing, assembling and plating dishes according to La Cage standards;
Complying with hygiene and food safety regulations in effect.
Schedule : day / evening, weekdays and weekend

1-2 years of experience. A certification from MAPAQ in hygiene and food safety (facility management or food handling) is an asset. Knowledge of the basic Health & Safety and SIMDUT principles, is also an asset.
