Description The production kitchen of the Smoking BBQ supplies more than 13 food trucks that are active year-round, and go on festivals and corporate events of great volume. We are looking for an independent and dynamic person who can show leadership in the kitchen in collaboration with the chef.

tasks:

- Carry out the tasks entrusted to you to deliver the goods within a given time.
- Taking inventory of daily food
-Receiving food order and checking
-Supervision of the work in the kitchen done by the cooks
-Training of cooks
-Catering event preparation
-Assimilate already established recipes and improve as needed
-Anticipate the needs of the kitchen and mention it to the superior

Requirements Experience required:

5-10 years of experience
Recognized certificate of a cooking school
MAPAQ Course as Manager
